Eligibility

Care Plans can only be purchased at the same time as a new machine (cannot be added later).

Only available for machines purchased through Two Petals.

Valid for domestic use only – not applicable for commercial or industrial use.

Not transferable to another person or machine.
Service Inclusions

Each scheduled service includes:

Test sew and operational check
-
Standard cleaning and lubrication
-
Minor mechanical and tension adjustments
-
Software/firmware update check (where applicable)

Final sew-out and performance test

Replacement parts, consumables, and major repairs are not included and will incur additional charges.

Any additional work required will be quoted before proceeding.
Service Schedule

Must be used within 12 months of purchase (or within 12 months of the previous service for multi-year plans).

Unused services cannot be rolled over or refunded.

Customers are responsible for booking their service in advance to ensure availability.
Delivery & Drop-Off

Machines must be brought to the Two Petals store for servicing.
-
Pick-up and delivery are not included unless otherwise arranged.
-
Machines must be collected within 14 days of notification that servicing is complete; storage fees may apply after this time.
Limitations
-
Care Plan covers standard maintenance only.

Does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or external factors (e.g., power surges, corrosion, or pests).

The Care Plan becomes void if the machine is serviced by another technician or non-authorised centre during the plan period.
General Terms

Care Plan purchases are non-refundable once the machine has been collected or used.

Pricing and terms are subject to change without notice for new purchases (existing plans remain unaffected).

Two Petals reserves the right to decline servicing under the Care Plan if the machine is found to be damaged beyond reasonable repair.
